Cecilia teaches Vinyasa Yoga. When leading yoga practice she encourages participants to cultivate community, self-observation and self-awareness though their mind, body and spirit.  After completing 230 hours of yoga teacher training to deepen her own understanding of yoga philosophy she felt inspired to share the nourishing and healing practice with others. Cecilia is committed to continuous development and has completed, Meditation Teacher Training: Mindfulness and Concentration, 2024 and completed The British Wheel of Yoga, Menopause Yoga Module in 2023.

Nailah is passionate about creating a welcoming and empowering space where everyone—regardless of shape, age or size can explore and deepen their yoga journey. Her classes range from calming, restorative sessions to energising, dynamic flows that uplift both body and spirit. For Nailah, yoga is more than movement—it’s a powerful practise of self-healing, inner peace, and personal transformation. With a joyful and compassionate approach, she is on a mission to inspire more men to experience the many benefits of yoga, introduce the practice to diverse communities, and continue hosting soul-nourishing health and wellness retreats that bring people together in healing and harmony.
